There is an extensive variety of equipment at your disposal: free weights, cardio and weight machines, functional training equipment, and more! | • | For every 100 calories of plain lettuce you eat, it takes your body 120 calories to burn it. | | • | Sugars are the first thing to be converted into fat if they are not used as energy. Be sure to check the sugar content on "fat-free" foods. | | • | Be sure to drink at least one gallon of water a day.
