Group Fitness Announcements We are pleased to announce a new FITNESS BOOT CAMP at the Westerville Power Shack. Classes are led by nationally certified personal trainer, Kevin O'Brien, and meet on Tuesday and Thursdays at 12:30 pm, Wednesdays at 6:00 pm, and Saturdays at 9:30 am. Pricing varies according to how many classes you wish to attend per week. An 8 class package is $59.  All our instructors are nationally-certified and carry CPR certification. Classes represent the most current trends in the fitness industry with an emphasis on providing a safe, yet challenging group fitness experience. Program schedules reflect a variety of fitness interests and levels from beginner to advanced. Class formats include traditional dance and step aerobics, yoga, sports conditioning and barbell conditioning. Classes vary by facility.
